Our Journey
Brown Way To Money™️ was born from the awareness that when it comes to money, women of color, especially business owners, are often told to follow the same old formula: “Build confidence, and just go for it.” “Change your mindset, charge your worth, save more than you spend.” But you and I know it’s not as straightforward as that. After working with hundreds of early and seasoned entrepreneurs, our founder, Alejandra Rojas, came up with the Brown Way To Money Method to transform the way women of color understand and act with money for financial independence.

Alejandra Rojas founded Brown Way to Money™️ with a clear mission: to empower women, especially women of color, to break free from financial trauma, claim their voice, and embrace financial independence with confidence.
Alejandra’s passion for financial well-being stems from her entrepreneurial upbringing. Witnessing the power of financial independence firsthand led her to pursue formal education in finance, earning a specialized diploma in bookkeeping during high school and a bachelor’s degree in International Banking and Finance. Her inquisitive nature pushed her beyond traditional financial education to explore the emotional and psychological dimensions of money, recognizing the impact of trauma and limiting beliefs on financial success.
