Hey! I am Alejandra Rojas, an entrepreneur and trauma-informed finance expert who founded Brown Way to Money™️. I’m a Trauma of Money™ certified professional and an active member of Rapid Resolution Therapy® in the Netherlands.

As an Afro-Latina, I’ve made it my mission to empower women of color like me to break free from financial trauma, find their voice, and confidently embrace financial independence.

Alejandra Rojas' Passion For Financial Well-being

After earning my degree in International Banking and Finance, I quickly realized that traditional financial advice often fails to meet the unique needs of diverse communities. It overlooks the deeply personal and cultural stories that shape our relationship with money. That’s why I created Brown Way to Money™: to provide women with an approach that integrates financial literacy, emotional healing, and a bold shift in money mindset.

Through workshops, podcasts, and programs, I’ve helped hundreds of women redefine their financial journeys—not just as a path to wealth, but as a means of rewriting generational stories and building legacies.

Alejandra Rojas As The Founder Of A Movement

My journey wasn’t without challenges. The movement of combining the mental and emotional components of financial literacy came at a pivotal moment when I experienced severe money burnout, which not only impacted my finances but also triggered a serious health crisis.

This wake-up call inspired me to rethink everything I knew about money, leading to the creation of my first signature M.E.S.S. method—a transformative framework for attracting wealth without sacrificing health or well-being and then later on supported the creation of the Brown Way To Money Method.

The Power of Community and Representation

At the heart of Brown Way to Money™ is Alejandra Rojas’ belief in the power of community and representation.

She understands that financial transformation is not just about numbers but about being seen, heard, supported, and echoed. By creating spaces like her workshops, podcast, and programs, Alejandra has built a platform where women, especially women of color, can connect, share experiences, and learn strategies that align with their unique stories.

Her work is about more than financial literacy; it’s about creating a movement that empowers women to reclaim their voices and build legacies rooted in confidence and independence.
